Subscription Renewals

All subscription plans are automatically renewed using the last payment method stored by our payment gateway. At any point of time before the next renewal date, you may cancel your subscription.

Before your renewal date, we will send three email reminders to inform you. These email reminders are sent 14 days, 7 days and 1 day before your renewal date.

Be sure to add postmaster@panopedia.com to your email address book so important notifications are not missed. Do note that this is an automated mailbox and does not receive incoming emails.

Past Due

If your current subscription status is Past Due, it means that on the last renewal date, our payment gateway tried to charge to your card on file and failed.

To prevent loss of your Panotours and data due to expiry, you may update your payment details at this page.

Grace Period

When your subscription status is in Past Due, you have a grace period of 14 days before the status is set to Expired. When your subscription expires, you may lose all your Panotours as well as your personal website created using ShowcaseBETA.
