Customising your Contact Form


Your contact form is the most poular way where most of your site's visitors shall contact you. Messages are sent to your registered email address. The general design of your contact form has been professionally designed for your Showcase, but you may always choose to customise it further.

To customise your contact form, log in and navigate to Showcase Options Contact, or https://www.panopedia.com/account/showcase/options?c=Contact.

Here, you may start with the following three options:

  1. Title - the main title for your contact form
  2. Subtitle - the secondary title for your contact form, not mandatory
  3. Contact Email - you may change this if you want mail to be routed to a different mailbox than your account email address

GDPR

Here you will be able to manage the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) checkbox on your contact form. You have two options:

  1. Enable GDPR - this shows or hides the checkbox that users have to give consent before the submit a message to you
  2. Consent Text - the text in which your users will declare before sending you a message

Contact Section

Here you will be able to customise the look of your contact section, consistent across your Showcase. You have five options here:

  1. Background Image - you may upload a background image here
  2. Background Colour - sets the background colour for the section
  3. Background Image Size - which you may choose how it's displayed if the image is too large for the area, or too small
  4. Background Image Repeat - this determines if the image is tiled or not, and the direction which it is
  5. Background Image Position - this determines the starting point from which the image is displayed

Contact Info Column

This is the column of your contact form where you primary contact details such as phone number, email, address (if applicable) is displayed. You may customise five background options here:

  1. Background Image - you may upload a background image here
  2. Background Colour - sets the background colour for the column
  3. Background Image Size - which you may choose how it's displayed if the image is too large for the area, or too small
  4. Background Image Repeat - this determines if the image is tiled or not, and the direction which it is
  5. Background Image Position - this determines the starting point from which the image is displayed

Contact Info Colours

You are able to customise the colours of the text in the contact info column. You have three options here:

  1. Icon Colour - for each individual block of information, there is a corresponding icon which you may change the colour here
  2. Label Colour - this lets you change the colour of the label for the information block
  3. Info Text Colour - this lets you change the colour for the information
